2010: Started 17 regular season games, both playoff games and Grey Cup game…finished the regular season with 49 defensive tackles, six pass knockdowns, four forced fumbles, one quarterback sack, one interception for 18 yards and one special teams tackle.

Started all 18 regular season games, the West Final and the Grey Cup game…had six defensive tackles in week 2…had eight defensive tackles, a special teams tackle, a forced fumble and a fumble recovery in week 3…had five defensive tackles, two interceptions and a fumble recovery in week 9…had six defensive tackles in West Final…finished the regular season with 74 defensive tackles, ten special teams tackles, three interceptions and three fumble recoveries…was named a CFL West Division all-star.

2008: Dressed in nine regular season games while starting five at defensive back…also started in West Semi-Final…had seven defensive tackles and a pass knockdown in week 18…finished the regular season with 20 defensive tackles, three special teams tackles, and three pass knockdowns.

(2004) Took home the Vincent T. Lombardi Award as male athlete of the year after having an outstanding senior season...was a consensus first team All-American and a finalist for the Buck Buchanan Award as the I-AA Defensive Player of the Year....ranked second in the NCAA in interceptions with eight, garnering first team All-Patriot League and All-ECAC honours...started all 11 games at cornerback and made 61 total tackles (48 solo) including one for nine yards in losses...knock down a team high eight passes, forced two fumbles and recovered two others...on special teams he had nine kickoff returns for 178 yards...had a team single game high three interceptions twice during the season...made a season high 11 total tackles (10 solo), intercepted one pass, knocked down two and forced a fumble in Fordham's 17-14 victory at Columbia on September 18th...set a single game school record with three interceptions, knocked down three passes and made one solo tackle in the Rams 41-34 victory over Duquesne on September 25th...was named the Patriot League Defensive Player of the Week after when he intercepted three passes in Fordham's 27-20 loss to Brown on October 9th, tying the Fordham single game record he set earlier in the season...the final interception was on the final play of regulation which he almost returned for a touchdown, returning it 63 yards before going down on the Brown 27...in the final game of his collegiate career, a 40-28 loss to Colgate on November 20th he made nine total tackles (5 solo) including one for nine yards in losses and intercepted one pass, which he returned 24 yards. HIGH SCHOOL: Thaddeus was An All-County and All-Area selection at Hamilton High School West in Trenton, New Jersey...also was named Second Team All-State...earned First Team All-County and All-Area honours...played in the Sunshine Classic All-Star Game...team MVP and captain...also competed with the basketball and track teams...earned First Team All-Area honours in the long jump.

PERSONAL: Tad spends the off-season in New Jersey where he works as a personal trainer at Tests Sports Club that specializes in NFL combine training. He works with elite college athletes who are prepares to enter the draft…In his spare time Tad enjoys spending time with friends and family, going to the movies and laying on the beach.
